- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My dog struggles with allergies and skin sensitivity, as well as shedding. Back home in Oklahoma, our vet couldn't figure out why he was like that and kept giving him prednisone (a steroid) which made him have to urinate a lot (causing accidents in the house). Dr. Case immediately said to take him off the steroid for it can cause liver damage, and put him on cephlexin, an antibiotic that he can be on for the rest of his life, as well as having me buy a shampoo strictly for those.
